How do I receive the program?
The programme is available through my app after you have purchased. Go to the services page, choose a plan, make payment and enter all your personal details and I will start putting together your personalised programme.
Is this a subscription based program?
Yes, the reason I have chose to do this is so you can continue your progress as mainentance is so important. You have the option of a monthly based program or quarterly. This means the programs are constantly updated with workouts and meals tailored just for you depending on the program of your choosing plus continuous support from myself and my team. The beauty of this is that you are not tied in and you can cancel at anytime.
Is the programs available world wide?
Yes! It’s imperative to me that anyone in the world can access this program.
What is included in the program?
With every program you get a TAILORED workout plan that is regularly updated and can also be changed on your circumstances. Not only do you get full support from myself and my team, you will have the ability to update your progress, received a tailored meal plan, tips to enhance your workout experience, access to our live members group, join weekly Q & A sessions and live chat.
Can I do the plans at home?
There is the ability to do the workout plans at home if you have no equipment - all you will need to do is select home only and you will receive a home based plan.
How can I pay for the plans?
You can pay by visa debit/credit card on sign up.
I have not received an email confirmation?
If you don't receive an email after your purchase, firstly check your junk or spam folder. If you still haven't received an email confirmation, please contact support at info@jlpeach.com
I don’t remember my password and login details? How do I regain access to my program?
SImply go to the members area and select forgotten username or password.
Refunds and returns.
When you purchase any of the programs or digital products you agree to no refunds as stated on the website. This is because the content is delivered instantly to consumer and can be seen by the consumer. Refunds can only be given in the following circumstances:
if there was a technical issue and we can see that the content was never recovered by the buyer.
If the transaction was not genuine due to card fraud, etc.
If there is a duplicate order or payment.
Cancellations
To cancel your subscription you must email myself and my team at info@jlpeach.com with at least 7 days notice so that you are not charged again. Please note that when you cancel all of your workouts, plans, support and guide will be removed from your account.
I’m new to the gym - is this good for beginner?
The workout is entirely tailored to you and your goals. So if you are new to the gym I’ve got your back with your very own personalised programme. Chose weights that are light for your fitness levels and gradually work your way up.
Is each week the same?
No, each week is different. This will involve an increase weight, change of exercises and changes in your meal plan that is constantly updated. It’s all about progress and maintenance.
Is this what you do in the gym?
Yes, you will do the exercises that I have put together for you then they are personalised to your fitness goals!
Is this a glute based programme?
The Peach Body Plan does have a glute focus - this is my speciality! It is so important to train all of your other muscle groups though in order to achieve that hour glass effect everyone is aiming for. So you will receive upper body workouts too for an all over transformation!

What is the training split?
The workout split is all tailored to you - so if you can only get to the gym 3 times a week I will have this tailored to suit you. If this changes over time we can always change it to more sessions for you - no extra charge! I want you to have the very best experience.
Is this a subscription or a one off payment?
It is a subscription so that you can continue your progress. Rather than having a one off payment, me and my team are constantly working around the clock to regularly update your tailored program as you go into a new month of your program. You get all the perks of a personal trainer in your pocket and is totally accommodating to your circumstances and goals!
We have made our subscription as affordable as possible. If you only want to workout for the month, that is absolutely fine as you can cancel anytime.
