I’ve been following Jamie Lee for over a year and found her exercises so helpful and have really seen a change in my body shape, especially since more recently following her peach plan! She’s so kind, down to earth and encouraging, she always replies, always remembers what you last spoke about or how you’re feeling. She doesn’t put any pressure on you and it’s like having a friend constantly at hand to tell you it’s okay and to keep you motivated!
