So I never take progress photos, but I’ve also never been properly dedicated to a fitness plan... so here’s to trying something new!

Only 1 week in to the program, but already seeing minor improvements! I didn’t think I’d see much difference this early in, but taking photos after each workout is definitely showing otherwise! Still a long way to go, but pretty excited...

PS this is my first time sharing my progress publicly. Feels a bit strange, but this Facebook group seems very supportive and encouraging πŸ™‚

I have just taken my second lot of measurements and since last week I have lost 2 inches over all of my body and put half an inch on my glutes!! I’m speechless! 🀩

Not going to weigh myself until the end of the month but I can’t believe the progress I’ve made in such a short space of time. So pleased!!

I’ve been struggling with my mental health for a couples of year’s now and found solace in weight training. I’ve been following Jamie Lee for over a year now and found her exercises so helpful and have really seen a change in my body shape, especially since more recently following her peach plan! She’s so kind, down to earth and encouraging, she always replies, always remembers what you last spoke about or how you’re feeling. She doesn’t put any pressure on you and it’s like having a friend constantly at hand to tell you it’s okay and to keep you motivated! The plan is so easy to follow, there are videos for every exercise and you can’t go wrong with it. I’m so happy with the push following the plan has given me and feel like part of a big bum loving community!

Hey Jamie!
A little update here, mostly according to my mentality. So I’ve had to work quite a lot on how I view myself. I especially had to work on accepting that my body doesn’t look the same from when I wake up in the morning, compared to when I go to bed at night. I usually work out quite late, around 8 pm, after work and all my meals. So I obviously don’t look the same as I did in the morning, flat tummy and bloat-free.


But I can finally say that I have accepted that, and learned to love it. This is me, 5 minutes ago, just before I’m heading to the gym. I finally feel confident. I would never work out in clothes that show my tummy, even though I get piping hot during workouts. I really wanted to thank you, and all the other girls, for helping me love myself and my body. And realising that it is completely normal to feel bloated some days, or not looking the same as in the morning.


This really is a big step for the mental part of my journey. And I know this will help me smash my workouts even harder. So thank you so so much, and all the girls, for inspiring me.
